 Blenda Troutman Snodderly graduated from Concord High School. She attended Mars Hill College and earned a BA degree from Barton College in Wilson, NC where she majored in history and secondary education. Mrs Snodderly earned a Master of Arts in Ministry degree from Luther Rice University in Atlanta, GA; majoring in Christian Education. She has a certificate in Grant Writing and Development from Zocklein and Associates. Being a lifelong learner, Mrs. Snodderly has attended classes at Rowan Cabarrus Community College, Gaston Community College, University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and Pensacola Christian College.

Mrs. Snodderly holds an North Carolina Teacher Certificate and a Superintendent Certification from the Association of Christian Schools International. Having chaired and served on many Accreditation teams, she is very familiar with the requirements for an accredited school. Having been recognized by many honors and awards, Mrs. Snodderly strives to bring excellence to the field of Christian School Education. She has served as teacher, principal and School Administrator in both VA and NC for over thirty years.

Over the years, Mrs. Snodderly has served as Interim Music Director at numerous churches in VA and NC. Her favorite pastime is directing drama productions and musicals. She enjoys traveling and at one time spent four weeks traveling in European countries. She is married and has two daughters and three grandchildren.
